These Terms and Conditions apply to the Internal Admin CRM texting program used by businesses that operate on the Internal Admin platform.

Messages sent through this program are sent by the business you interacted with, not by Internal Admin itself.

1. Program Description

Internal Admin CRM Texting is a messaging program used by businesses operating on the Internal Admin platform to communicate with their customers. Message content may include product recommendations, follow-up messages related to prior purchases, customer service communications, sales-related outreach, and account or operational updates.

2. Consent

By opting in to receive text messages from a business using the Internal Admin platform, you agree to receive SMS messages from that business through Internal Admin.

Consent is obtained by the business you are interacting with, not directly by Internal Admin. Each business using the platform is responsible for obtaining any legally required SMS consent before sending messages to its customers.

3. Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to a message. After you send STOP, you may receive one final SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages through that messaging program unless you opt in again.

4. Help

If you need help with the messaging program, reply HELP to a message or contact the business that sent you the message. Platform questions may also be directed to info@internal-admin.com.

5. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with the business and the nature of the messaging program. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

7. Privacy

8. Business Responsibility

Businesses using the Internal Admin platform are responsible for obtaining appropriate customer consent, maintaining compliant opt-in records where required, and ensuring their use of the platform complies with applicable law.

Internal Admin provides the platform infrastructure, but the decision to contact a customer and the responsibility for lawful messaging practices remain with the business using the platform.
